Landmark buildingMaison du Soleil sits on one of the most-photographed stretches of Avenida Delfim Moreira, Leblon's beach avenue, between Posto 11 and Posto 12, with the sand right out front. It runs eleven floors with just two apartments per floor — large layouts and one of the lowest unit counts of any building on the avenue.
